Super aromatic and intensely fruit forward, the latest entry into our single-hop IPA lineup showcases Galaxy hops from The Land Down Under. In terms of pure fruit juice expression, we consider Galaxy on par with Strata. Its high oil content amplifies aroma, flavor, and imparts the pillowy mouthfeel that makes this beer super soft.

Big notes of pineapple, papaya, melon, and citrus shine brightly, without being held back by traces of pine or spice. The tasting notes are candy-focused because, well... that's what it tastes like. For better or worse, we see what we want to see. In this instance, things appear positively hazy.

Hazy yellow color. Medium-sized, white head. Grass, malt and a hint of tropical fruits in the aroma. Moderate bitterness in taste. A weird one to be honest.

I LOVE Threes single hop ipas. And I love Galaxy hops. But this one just didn’t balance. All fruit and sweet hops with no dankness, I just felt like something went wrong with this one. Will gladly try the tweaked recipe next time ✌️

smooth, some what flat taste with a slight bitter aftertaste. Pleasant drinkable hazy IPA but doesn’t live up to many of the delicious IPAs at Three’s. 10 out of 10 can tho.

A light, session able IPA, with an slight bite in the beginning and an easy and smooth finish. Slightly fruity throughout, and I may be way off, but I taste a hint of banana.
