Marketing and Community Manager

Threes Brewing is hiring Marketing & Community Manager to help tell the story of our beer, brand, and values. We believe that beer is a powerful conduit for creating meaningful human experiences, and we’re focused on creating a robust marketing strategy that enables us to continue to deliver those moments for our guests and fans.

The Marketing & Community Manager will help bring the soul of the brand to life through customer communications, asset development, public relations, social media, events, and content creation. The ideal candidate is someone who is enthusiastic about the food & beverage category and the Threes Brewing brand. S/he will possess exceptional oral and written communication skills to foster two-way dialogue with patrons across business lines. The position is a full-time role with benefits, based in Gowanus, Brooklyn, and will report to the Director of Marketing.

Responsibilities include:

  • Proactively plan, conceptualize, and create/capture compelling content that drives affinity for and keeps consumers engaged with the Threes brand across digital channels (social/email/website, etc.)
  • Monitor and report customer feedback, initiating opportunities to integrate feedback and ideas into the larger marketing plan
  • Provide a high level of responsiveness and customer service to all consumers across our social channels and within beer enthusiast communities
  • Identify and nurture relationships with organic brand advocates
  • Maintain website and e-commerce platform according to beer release and promotional schedule
  • Develop brand collateral for digital and physical assets for both retail and wholesale customers
  • Oversee digital asset management by cataloging, protecting, and disseminating marketing-related files
  • Track appropriate metrics and actively recommends and implements ways to increase consumer engagement and conversions
  • Stay abreast of platform/feature updates and how to best leverage for branding efforts

Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in brand and/or social marketing
  • Ability to construct a POV and independently articulate clear messaging
  • A polished and purposeful writer that puts the customer first
  • Eye for visual composition and photography (iPhone photographer, at minimum)
  • Google Suite, especially sheets and doc
  • Klaviyo, or a similar email platform, for customer segmentation, campaigns, and reporting
  • Canva and/or basic Photoshop for basic design work
  • Sprout Social or similar social media management software for publishing and monitoring
