Located on the 2nd floor of our Greenpoint bar, Threes @ Franklin + Kent, is The Studio, a speakeasy-style event venue that is a full-on charmer, and perfect for your next fête.
750 square feet of open-format space can accommodate up to 65 guests standing, and is equipped with a private bar, flexible seating options for up to 45 guests, air conditioning, a private restroom, and a Sonos sound system. Besides the basics, there’s cozy lounge seating, a record player, and optional private entrance from the street.
Like the first floor’s Main Bar & Parlor, Greenpoint Fish & Lobster provides catering services to events held in the Studio. From light bites to shareable spreads to seated, family style dinners, they have flexible options suitable for every occasion.
Rental fees range from $500-$2,500 depending on the day of week and time of year.
