This beer marks the beginning of our second decade. It’s a reflection of what we’ve learned, what we’ve changed, and where we’re headed next. Made possible by the communities around us, the collaborators behind us, and everyone who continues to show up and share a pint. Eleven years in – and we’re just getting started.

Eleventh Hour is built from two parallel paths: one batch fermented clean in stainless and dry-hopped with Tango and Adeena for bright, expressive aromatics; the other aged in our foeder and hopped with whole-cone Zuper Saazer for depth and softness. Blended together, they meet in the middle – layered, floral, and quietly complex, with a finish that keeps you coming back.
