THE SPACE
To label our flagship location simply a bar wouldn't do it justice. Our Gowanus location opened in 2014 and is a fully-functioning brewery, coffee shop, and beer shop by day, and bustling brewpub, beer garden, and music venue by night. Did we mention we also host weddings and corporate events here?
Our bar menu was conceived with a view toward broadening the scope of what a brewpub is expected to offer. The beer list features our freshest lagers, IPAs, and mixed culture offerings as well as favorites from other craft breweries whom we admire, while the wine and cocktail menus round out our offerings, reflecting the breadth of our many interests.

NINTH ST ESPRESSO
With high ceilings, a long bar, banquet seating, warm wood details, and a skylight, the Main Bar is the centerpiece of our Gowanus brewpub and where the welcome happens. You don’t have to love beer, you don’t even have to drink beer, but the fifteen-barrel brite tanks tucked behind the liquor shelves are there to provide that subtle reminder that you are, in fact, in a brewery. Walk to the left or right of the bar top and you can even catch a peek of the brewhouse itself.
Conceived as a music venue (and named after a lyric from a Dylan song) with a second identity as a private dining room, this is the space within the space where anything might be underway. If the room isn't booked for a beer tasting or private event, chances are a band is playing, a comedian is doing stand-up, or a soccer game is being screened. At the very least, on a busy Saturday afternoon this is where the hidden good seats are. You'd be remiss not to go upstairs and at least take a peek.
A year-round outdoor space, lush and green in the summer, and tented and cozy in the winter. For some, The Yard is the main attraction. Equipped with an outdoor bar that's been winterized for all seasons, you can get beer, wines, and cocktails without setting foot back inside. The only thing we can't promise is a slushy in winter or a hot toddy in summer. For those, you need to come when the time is right.
Upstairs and just past Ninth Street Espresso's coffee counter, you'll find The Shop at Threes. Not only do we aspire to be counted among the best breweries, we also want to be your trusted, friendly neighborhood beer store. Pick up our newest releases of cans and bottles to go, as well as beers and ciders from other makers we admire. Or grab a pint to stay before the bar opens, and choose from indoor or outdoor sidewalk seating.
This is the spot to get your caffeine fix before the beer starts flowing. Open daily from 8am - 3pm.
