DECADE ADJACENT Contiguity is the state of bordering something. Magic happens when beer settles into a seasoned vessel or cozies up to a special ingredient. This German-style Pilsner celebrates that chemistry, as well as nine years of being in the business. It’s an amalgam of technique, artfully combining a batch of beer hopped with Hallertau conditioned in the foudre with another conditioned on whole-leaf Saaz.
The foudred half presents a wonderful floral bouquet of noble hops with enhanced mouthfeel, body, and notes of oak. Melded with fresh flavor and natural carbonation from the half conditioned on whole leaf hops, Contiguity drinks with a level of complexity we had yet to achieve in nine years of brewing beer. It sure is nice to be here.
