Brooklyn Grange cultivates some of the most impressive rooftop gardens in the city. This oak-aged beer uses huacatay (or Brooklyn Marigold) sourced from their Sunset Park garden, just a few miles from our Brooklyn brewery. This aromatic herb contributes bold notes of mint and pineapple leaf to a locally-sourced malt base.
