MUCH MOSAIC Twisted Thoughts is a new, extra hazy Mosaic Double IPA. Showcasing the most assertive expression of our brewer-selected Mosaic hops, it’s lush and juicy, with notes of dank blueberry, cotton candy and tropical fruit. As with all of our Double IPAs, it’s also deceptively drinkable and smooth for its 8% ABV.
We think of this beer as the big brother to Temporary Identity (single-hopped Mosaic IPA) and counterpart to Don’t Fool Yourself (Citra Double IPA). Where Don’t Fool Yourself exhibits big notes of tropical citrus, Twisted Thoughts leans into deeper, darker fruit notes. An abundance of protein-rich malts enhance body and add a creamy, smoothie-like mouthfeel.
