Oaky, dry, straw colored saison. I'd prefer more tart/sour personally, but it's not a bad brew. I just prefer the other mixed-ferm Threes offerings that have a bit of twang.

Really starting to dig everything Threes does. Mixed culture and barrel aged beers included. Layered but simple, love the Chardonnay like taste with some light funk. Also, I love direct to consumer shipping

Floral with an orange citrus essence. Well integrated wine barrel character. White wine characteristics are layered nicely into the wheat beer.
