One of our brewers began experimenting and discovered he could use hops in the bubble water to make hard seltzer more like beer, but less heavy. This tinkering sparked a dialogue among the brewers, who warmed to the idea of introducing a line of hard seltzers.
We use high quality ingredients and pay meticulous attention to technique in crafting Sidenote. This one features organic lime and ginger. The inclusion of hops builds a bridge between beer and something else, and the result is a refreshing, yet restrained hard seltzer. You’re able to taste the fruit in a distinct way.
