LIGHT & SPRITZY One in our series of sustainable fruited beers. By "sustainable", we mean brewed with second-use fruit. In this instance, they're strawberries originally used in Eternal Return Strawberry, sourced from Samascott Farms in Kinderhook, NY.
Thought Experiment beers were designed as a series of easy-drinking beverages that blur the line between saison and fruit beer. While its predecessor Eternal Return Strawberry exhibits luscious strawberry flavor with slight funk and proper tartness, Thought Experiment Strawberry flexes fruit character in a lighter, spritzier package.
