TASTE THE HARVEST Named "the perfect beer for wine drinkers" by Hop Culture, this release in our Eternal Return series of beer-wine hybrids features whole nectarines from Toigo Orchards in Pennsylvania. We take the very best organic fruit our region has to offer and let the fruit of that farm's labors co-mingle with our house culture into a completely unique beer.
The complexity of fruit character can't be replicated with anything else but the real thing. The nectarines for this beer were harvested in Aug. 2020 and transported straight from the orchards post-pick to our brewery in Brooklyn, where they were sliced and placed in a tank with three select barrels of 12-months aged saison. After aging and re-fermenting with nectarines for six months, we bottle conditioned for a further six months to develop natural carbonation. Bears complex acidity, funk and naturally fermented nectarine character.
