RICH CHERRY Named "the perfect beer for wine drinkers" by Hop Culture, our Eternal Return series showcases regionally-sourced organic fruit in a unique, one-of-a-kind beer. Eternal Return Cherry features four hundred pounds of cherries sourced from Bittner Singer Orchards in Appleton, NY.
All Eternal Return releases are long-aged. The featured fruit is transported from the farm immediately post-harvest to our brewery in Brooklyn, where it is placed in a tank with select barrels of aged saison. After additional aging and re-fermenting with the fruit (four months in the case of Eternal Return Cherry), the beer undergoes further bottle conditioning to develop natural carbonation.
