Patience Makes Perfect Sixteen blends later, we're still smitten. Wandering Bine is completely unique unto itself. To make this stellar saison, we use the solera method of blending, combining young and aged beer in unique proportions. We've been using the same foudre for over four years, resulting in a product that retains its singular identity and point of view, yet flexes nuanced expression.
The flavors in Wandering Bine would be impossible to replicate using another method or vessel. Complex brett berry notes interact with warming oak character. High natural carbonation, supremely dry and fruity funky, our newest blend is a knockout.
