WELL WORTH IT Big, dank citrus character supported by floral and piney notes. A lot of hops - probably the most hops we have ever put into a single beer. A golden orange pour with a persistent snow-white head.
We’ve reimagined Fools Errand as a West Coast Double IPA that drinks dangerously smooth. A base layer of bitterness and hop expressions of grapefruit, pine, and stone fruit are set in motion by the use of Simcoe, Columbus, and Centennial hops on the hot side of the brew. The addition of more fruit-forward hops in the dry hop (Mosaic Cryo, Simcoe Cryo, and a hefty dose of Citra among them) rounds out the flavors and aromatics. We assume an inevitable outcome, but what if we have a shot at a different destiny? Could we ever forgive ourselves for not trying?
