NECESSARY TROUBLE
“Do not get lost in a sea of despair. Be hopeful, be optimistic. Our struggle is not the struggle of a day, a week, a month, or a year, it is the struggle of a lifetime. Never, ever be afraid to make some noise and get in good trouble, necessary trouble.”
-John Lewis, legendary civil rights leader

Good Trouble has been a staple in our hoppy beer portfolio since it debuted in 2017.
It's a floral bouquet of some of our juiciest hop varietals, full-bodied without tasting too heavy. One of the rare beers in our portfolio named after a direct quote vs. an abstract idea, Lewis' call to action resonated strongly with us, even more so now than ever. Standing up for what is right and fair means serving as allies and activists for our community- for humanity- in pursuit of equal justice. Change is imminent and we must act.

Very tasty. A bit boozy but not too much.
Raphael C.
Great NEIPA, very soft.
Kraig S.
A double that I have no trouble with. Big flavors that have a bit of a sting.

This is now my go to double IPA. It’s strong but not overwhelming and deceptively complex.

Trouble is good when it's Good Trouble! Another good tasting NEIPA style beer. Stay out of trouble but try this!

Excellent beer highlights the Citra

This IPA is nice and juicy. Almost as if you can cut it with a knife. The color was a golden yellow that just brought a smile to my face. The flavors were bright, floral and aromatic. Don’t take my word for it, buy a four pack for yourself. You’ll thank me and you’ll enjoy it.

Such a fun beer. Can’t wait to have it again.

Fruity nose, w/ a body that’s juicy and slightly sweet. Nice berry mad lychee notes. Finishes fruity and refreshing. Another great DIPA from Threes.

Hazy orange. Big, white head. The aroma of apricot jam, leeches, and malt. Strong hoppy bitterness, balanced by malty background.
Greg M.
❤ when I can drink am excellent beer and give to a great cause. Dangerously easy to get through one of these.
Ethan B.
Delicious hoppy IPA with some fruity notes. A bit more intense than the flagship Logical Conclusion. It's not always in stock, but a treat when it is!

This is cloudy, smooth, and delicious.
Zachary F.
Hazy, fruity, easy drinking for that ABV!
Todd S.
A truly amazing beer!
Kris T.
I really enjoyed this IPA, perfect all around. Not too heavy but heavy enough. Probably one of my more favorite of recent beers.
Ford F.
This beer is hazy, juicy, and pours with a moderate amount of foam. Last beer I had on tap at the brewery before stay at home orders and it still brings the same flavors and drinkability!
Andrew P.
Really solid IPA that’s bright and flavorful. Cannot wait to get more and go remind people BLM
Jared B.
Delightful juicy notes with a softness that hides the ABV.
Jon F.
Really love this double especially while preparing dinner for my family. Look forward to my next order of it!
Philip Z.
