Moderate to assertive tartness much like the real thing, owing to forty pounds of hand-juiced and zested fruit added to the boil. Additional bright, tangy citrus and tropical fruit highlights from Citra and Strata hops. Two weeks cold-conditioning on yet another forty pounds of fruit completes the package.
