A tasty, refreshing, slightly tart grisette. The 500ml was a little less phenolic than what presents here in the cans, so I prefer the bottled version. Still a nice brew to drink on a hot, summer day.

Wonderful table beer. I’d say this is the mixed culture beer where you can taste the clean saison yeast as well as the Brett. Both of those elements playing off each other in the true sense of a “mixed culture” beer is really nice.

While good, I don’t taste the flavor profiles that are listed (I do taste lemon/citrus). To me, this tastes like an elevated wheat beer. Delicious and refreshing with a sour finish.
