RITUAL UNION The coziest collaboration we’ve brewed to date. Nestled inside our flagship Brooklyn brewery is Ninth Street Espresso, contemporary coffee artisans, purveyors of the beans featured in this new coffee stout, co-conspirators in yum. The ability to offer an expertly crafted cup of coffee and refreshing pint of beer in one place was by design.
After an extensive cupping session at NSE’s Long Island City shop and roasting facility, we decided that ABC, their flagship brand of bean, would yield the tastiest result. Full-bodied, creamy and smooth, Shop Talk exudes medium roast coffee and candy bar-forward flavors. As the days grow darker, so do our choices in beer. We welcome the warming effect this robust stout has on our hearts and our palates.
