GO BIG Ruby, rich and decadent. Our one and only Barleywine, brewed in the rich Barleywine tradition with no added simple sugars, we brew it only once every couple of years. This batch was aged for 19 months in select, freshly-emptied Blanton's Bourbon Barrels.
Long-boiled over the course of two days to concentrate sugars and color, this beer is incredibly smooth for its strength. Notes of Caramel, Grade A Maple syrup, vanilla, raisins, and dried plums. Ready to drink or to Can Age™️ in your cellar for years to come.
