This saison has it all. Barrel aging is apparent but very will integrated into the base. One of their more tart saisons, but not too sour by any means. The tart is just another element that dances with the other flavors. Fruity Brett character. Rather dry with a kiss of tannins contributing to that dry finish. Does everything so well. Very impressive.
