Our second rotating hop beer (the first being Here Ya Go, a Pale Ale) provides us with a blank canvas to test out experimental and New World hops. This particular batch is an excellent example of what New World hops have to offer, featuring Nelson Sauvin and Wakatu, two hops we've never paired together before.
