POST HASTE Our first American Pilsner, brewed with help from Green Bench Brewing from St. Petersburg, Florida. Floral and earthy with citrus highlights, thanks to dynamic, American-grown Mt. Hood and Crystal hops.
We used Green Bench’s preferred lager yeast, a versatile German lager strain from a famous Munich brewery that ferments clean and accentuates the malt profile. A combination of Anson Mills Carolina Gold Rice and corn local to Green Bench’s Florida brewery contribute flavor, texture, and aroma.
