Job Description: Brand Marketing Manager
The Brand Marketing Manager will drive the strategy and own the execution of Threes Brewing marketing engine - strengthening brand affinity and driving sales across our retail locations and partnership channels. This role is highly cross-functional, working closely with Hospitality, Sales, and external teams to ensure our marketing efforts are aligned, intentional, and delivering measurable impact.

Responsibilities
Brand Management & Go-to-Market
- Own the marketing calendar to directly support key business goals - driving retail foot traffic and amplifying core retail initiatives and major partnerships.
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for partnerships, events, products, and cultural moments.
- Collaborate with the Hospitality team to promote events that fuel foot traffic and sales.
- Partner with the Sales team to develop activations that strengthen our presence in key retailers and drive sell-through.
Content, Social & Strategy
- Lead the content strategy - translate brand priorities into cohesive planning, and storytelling, across social, email, and digital channels to strengthen brand affinity and deepen community engagement.
- Support on channel performance and optimization - partner on the social content roadmap, and use insights and trends to improve reach, consistency, and measurable impact across platforms.
- Expand our channel ecosystem - identify and evaluate emerging platforms and communities, define their strategic role within our mix, and test pathways to unlock new audiences and incremental growth.
Email Marketing Strategy
- Lead our email program strategy; including segmentation, personalization, automation, and campaign planning.
- Drive online sales, deepen brand loyalty, and increase visits to our retail footprint through thoughtful, high-performing email programs.
Reporting & Analysis
- Support on reporting and performance analysis across all channels, including; social, email, events, and partnerships.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve channel performance and inform future planning.
What we’re looking for:
- 6+ years of experience in brand or marketing roles, ideally within CPG, beverage/alcohol, hospitality, or consumer lifestyle brands.
- Proven ownership of go-to-market strategy and execution across integrated campaigns, partnerships, events, and product launches.
- Advanced capability in content strategy & development - defining brand narratives and leading the creation of high-impact content across social, email, and digital channels to build equity and engagement.
- Depth in lifecycle & channel marketing - including email strategy, segmentation, automation, experimentation, and performance analytics to drive growth and retention.
- Proven ability to manage a marketing calendar and coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Hospitality, and Operations.
- Highly analytical and insights-driven, with a track record of translating channel and activation performance into strategic recommendations and optimization roadmaps.
- Experience partnering on retail activations, POS, and in-store programming is advantageous.
- Proficiency with tools such as Canva and Klaviyo (or comparable platforms); prior beverage/alcohol experience is strongly preferred, though not required.
The salary range for this role is $80,000–$100,000 per year. Final compensation will depend on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, and overall skillset. Our benefits include health insurance, pre-tax commuter benefits, paid time off, and a generous beer allowance.
