The Role
The Shop Manager of Threes Brewing Huntington is the leader of that business and location. They are the face of our Long Island operation and oversee almost all aspects of the business, ensuring our customers love us and that Threes’ Long Island venture succeeds. They manage their own staff and work with ample support from our management, operations, and other teams, reporting directly to the VP of Hospitality.

- Community Integration: Build relationships with local hotels, businesses, corporate accounts, and community groups to drive traffic and establish Threes as Huntington's neighborhood destination
- Threes Standards: Maintain service excellence, ambience (lighting, music, cleanliness), and operational consistency
- Events: Capitalize on private event opportunities where possible
- Support P&L: Work with VP of Hospitality and Director of Finance to manage COGS, labor, and controllable expenses
Career Path: Strong performance in this role leads to promotion to General Manager with expanded responsibilities and compensation.
Some examples of the kinds of tasks the Manager will work on:
- Own the physical space, maintaining and managing the facility
- Select peripheral products (snacks, merchandise, etc.) to offer alongside our core beer lineup
- Spread the brand and message of Threes Brewing throughout Huntington and Long Island
- Build relationships with regular customers and neighbors, local hotels, businesses, corporate accounts, and community groups
- Support customers, remedy order issues and customer complaints
- Hire, train, and manage the local team
- Provide high levels of customer service and maintain Threes service standards including ambience (lighting, music), cleanliness, and customer experience
- Monitor, stock, and organize product inventory, with the support of the team as needed
- Create, learn, and document processes related to our Huntington shop
- Support P&L goals by managing COGS, labor, and controllable expenses with coaching from VP of Hospitality and Director of Finance
- Everything else it takes to run the shop!
